support hdd images with grub-pc and grub-efi

Added support for building hdd images with grub-pc and/or grub-efi. It also supports mbr and gpt partition tables, a BIOS Boot Partition for grub-pc with gpt and a separate EFI partition. Sizes of these partitions are configurable.
