d/r/util.py: consider dependencies from all architectures · 02c5c371

When processing binary packages from multiple architectures, the
dependencies may differ between architectures. Therefore we must
consider the set of dependencies across all architectures when
computing reverse-dependencies, rather than simply the last
instance of a particular binary package that is encountered.
