Complete the draft plan for a security tracker sprint @ DebCamp 25

There are different improvement propositions that we would like to do for the security tracker, and we would like to hold a DebCamp Sprint focused on that. Among the different modifications, we would like to consider:

• Produce service level statistics that are relevant for LTS and some of its sponsors.
• Data that may be currently missing and that would be required for users to comply with security standards and different regulations.
