  • move 'Assess what needs to be fixed' up to better articulate with 'Consistency with other Debian dists'

  • better group Consistency to distinguish coordination vs. ordering

  • issues are usually postponed by FD and fixed when added to dla-needed.txt (unless there's a time constraint); don't keep issues postponed forever

  • link SPU reference documentation

  • link SPU lts-updates-tasks issues and template

  • link 'unstable first' talk

  • reword for brievety
