Please archive packages/curl

Curl maintainers have expressed the desire to have LTS/ELTS branches at salsa.d.o/debian/curl, but we had a from scratch repo at salsa.d.o/lts-team/packages/curl. I've synced debian/curl with lts-team/packages/curl and now the latter can be archived.

The only problematic branch was debian/jessie because it didn't use the debian/curl history. Even so, the lts-team's repo did not have the complete history and a lot of tags were missing. So I just imported the lastest .dsc to debian/curl and called it a day (don't think it was worth the work of regenerating the few .dsc to re-import to debian/curl).
