lintian and blhc images not found for bullseye recipe

bullseye.yml overrides some images (e.g. SALSA_CI_IMAGES_BASE) to get the images from salsa-ci-team/pipeline instead of lts-team/pipeline. The same should be done at least for lintian and blhc, since currently they are searched in lts-team/pipeline where they are no longer built since recent changes.
