v4.11.0: Hungarian translations are not installed by default

v4.11.0 is supposed to enable Hungarian translations for installation.

But when calling configure/make/make install from base directory that's not the case.

I believe it's because SUBDIRS in po/Makefile.am#18 is missing "hu".
