Misc Salsa-CI cleanup

- Similar changes as in 10.6 commit de8cf0b2e2c206fdf50731b47794d06411a53db7
- Extend Salsa-CI to have exactly same stages and tests as upstream 10.5
- Also add Lintian overrides to satisfy latest Lintian version run by
  Salsa-CI
