Add libssl-dev and zlib1g-dev as libmariadb-dev depends (Closes: #909181)

This will match the actual libs emitted by the library:
  % mariadb_config --libs
  -L/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ -lmariadb -lz -ldl -lm -lpthread -lssl -lcrypto
