Add test README

Introduction

In order to test the cdbfasta package the reference genome of the Ebola virus was used. Specifically, the sample ebola.fasta from the package viral-ngs (http://viral-ngs.readthedocs.org/) from Broad Institute was used.

The file can be acquired with:

wget https://github.com/broadinstitute/viral-ngs/raw/master/test/input/ebola.fasta.gz
