Add todo

libarb (6.0.6-1) UNRELEASED; urgency=low

  * Initial release of free parts of arb as libarb (Closes: #???)

  TODO:

     1. Check whether sina builds with this package

     2. Discuss license of all files with upstream.  The best thing

        would be if the license text would be included inside the

        source files

     3. Check latest arb version

     4. Create sensible SONAME

     5. Add symbols file
