On my system, the form shows just the 32-bit key ID, not the
key length and key type.

The gnupg-related tests are still failing, but that's a start

* move field _AUTHDATA from debexpo/tests/functional/test_login.py and
  debexpo/tests/functional/test_my.py to class TestController in
  debexpo/tests/__init__.py

* add methods _setup_example_countries and _remove_example_countries
  to debexpo/tests/__init__.py
* add test methods to cover all code branches in
  debexpo/controllers/my.py to debexpo/tests/functional/test_my.py
* fix URL generation in debexpo/controllers/my.py
