Adding a new .sig reject the upload

I tried to upload cvm a moment ago, and the importer rejected my upload with:

Failed to connect to network resource.
Url was: https://deb.debian.org/debian/pool/main/c/cvm/cvm_0.97.orig.tar.gz.asc

HTTP Error 404: Not Found

That should not be a cause for rejection.
