Missing support for distribution aliases

We are missing support for distribution aliases, such as sid -> unstable.

Currently, this prevent packaged uploaded to "sid" to be automatically removed from mentors.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
