Improve package list UI

Coming from !167 (merged):

here in my "large" screen, "Needs a sponsor?" is wrapped like in the screenshot below, but "Already in Debian" isn't. IMHO we could shorten the column a bit more so that they actually appear always line-wrapped: After all a "Yes" and "No" doesn't take much space, whereas "Description" and "Version" can be quite lengthy. 20% of the table just for these 2 columns is too much. I believe with some CSS one can actually do something like "min width XXpx up to XX%"?
