Please add Package Description to RFS template

Please consider adding the Full/Long Description to the "Details about package ...." pages and to RFS templates.

So sponsors can see right away what the package does, without having to unpack the source.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
