+/- expand toggles in front of "QA information" items may be mistaken for good/bad

It's rather likely to be considered that green + means "good", while yellow - means "bad" or "meh".

An alternative is to use ⯈ for collapsed and ▼ for expanded states. But even better is to use <details> and <summary>.
