Improvements for RFS template

Here is a list of post-task/fix/improvements that can be done for the RFS template:

• Use description from d/control. Either binary matching the source name or the first one.
• Add Upstream-Contact to debmake and dh-make
• Add a warning to use Upstream-Contact in the copyright file. That might go well in the QA info on the package info page
• Correctly indent list of binary built
• Add missing Vcs field to the default template
