WIP: Import all the things!

Closed Baptiste Beauplat requested to merge lyknode/debexpo:dj/import-all-the-things into django

As the name suggest, takes sid and tries to import it to debexpo.

Not sure if useful but it seemed fun to write and it might reveal some unforeseen error in the importer process.
