django: misc fixes

Django migration: #47 (closed).

This MR fixes various bugs that I have found while testing debexpo. Here is the list of fixes:

  • Merge of the admin upload deletion icons (key and trash)
  • Lookup for .changes recursively into the spool incoming queue
  • Disabling of the french translation until proofreading occurs
  • Fix ftpmaster's api request failing the importer
  • Cleanup old/ directory

And with that, I believe that the django release is ready.
