Handle multiple version on decoding NEW packages list

Merged Baptiste Beauplat requested to merge lyknode/debexpo:fix/new-parsing into live

Version field in NEW packages list can contain more than one version.

To parse the list correctly, we split on whitespace and keep the first value.
