Fix key lookup on gpgv1 signatures

Closes #120 (closed).

Added:

  • Capture of both fingerprint and long id from gpg output
  • Store both in ExceptionGnuPGNoPubKey
  • Lookup a key either by its fingerprint or by its long id

Corresponding tests added. This MR is in WIP at the moment because it fails some tests. I need to figure out that.
