Add QA Upload detection for the MaintainerEmail plugin (Closes #126)

Merged Baptiste Beauplat requested to merge lyknode/debexpo:fix/plugin/maintaineremail into live

I excluded the Uploaders field handling for QA Upload as lintian already takes care of reporting it as an Error.
