Make GPG key unique, based on its fingerprint

Merged Baptiste Beauplat requested to merge lyknode/debexpo:fix/unique-fingerprint into live

Make sure the GPG key isn't already in use by another account as the fingerprint is used to map uploads to users.

Unique attributes:

  • Key.fingerprint
  • SubKey.fingerprint

Tests added.
