Various improvement on RFS template

Merged Baptiste Beauplat requested to merge lyknode/debexpo:feature/rfs-template into live

This MR relates to #76 (closed).

It will:

  • Use description from d/control. Either binary matching the source name or the first one.
  • Add a warning in the package info page when no Upstream-Contact is in the copyright file.
  • Correctly indent list of binary built
  • Add missing Vcs field to the default template
