This was a left over from merging in the tree from debian/experimental.

s390x isn't a classical architecture a usual users will use.
It has no X support that makes it mostly impossible to use Thunderbird
on that architecture.

Thunderbird isn't buildable on s390x constantly and tracking down the
underlying real issue isn't easy possible at the moment.
This isn't a final dessicion, iIf you want to have back support for
s390x you will need to solve the build issues and provide patches.
