Enable autocrypt support (closes: #969324)

https://bugs.debian.org/969324 makes a reasonable request to enable a useful feature for end-to-end cryptographic e-mail.

This requires only a modest change to the package's configuration.

(one additional patch is included in this PR that just does whitespace cleanup)
