Severity sort uses `last_state_change` in descending

Hi,

Please consider fixing the sorting as it used to be, i.e. by severity then by last state change. This has been fixed upstream in the mean time and is already fixed in unstable and trixie. The following MR aims at fixing the status in bookworm.
