Upload of version 0.7.9-0.1 to experimental

This MR brings in the previous two uploads (that were never included in the VCS) and also the upload of 0.7.9 to experimental that I have just performed to help the python 2 removal process.

I've uploaded it to experimental so that it can go through NEW. A source-only upload (to unstable) will still be required.

Note that you also need the upstream branch (not just the master branch) and the tags associated with this upload and the other ones and that doing this all via an MR is messy. If you provide me with push access to the repo I'll happily just push it there for you.
