Revise openresty additions/patches

INTRO

In the Debian version of nginx we also use the LUA module, which depends on several packages/patches from OpenResty

• lua-resty-lrucache ...

patches

• nginx-ssl_cert_cb_yield.patch)

GOAL

And the goal is to review what is needed to run the lua/(other) module.

At least if warning:

ngx.sleep(0) called without delayed events patch, this will hurt performance.

means something serious or if it can be safely ignored
