Update summarize-json-dumps to cope with the new user model

summarize-json-dumps still considers email as a stable username. It needs to be changed/refactored/rewritten to deal with the new user model and assumptions.

It is ok to break compatibility with the old history file, keeping it around for reference but doing the updates on a new one.
