Fix for broken /contributor/<identifier> links

This MR contains the following changes:

  • Fix for issue #26 (closed). When all other matching fails, the name is matched with contributors.models.Identifier.name.
  • Updated the test cases for the above change.
  • Added a management command for generating test data.
  • Updated README with the above information. Also updated the dependency section.
