localisation links don't work

at the bottom of the pages there is

This page is also available in the following languages: Deutsch, English, español, italiano, français.

well, afaik those translations are not really existent, besides the empty gettext templates. perhaps it's better to not list them on the bottom of the page until they are actually translated (are we really going to translate such developer-specific stuff, where we expect applicants to know their English?)
