Clearify what a confidential log entry is at nm.debian.org

As a potential advocate of a person (https://nm.debian.org/process/1036/) I'm puzzled about the "add log entry" possibility. From my perspecitve it is not clear who is able to read such log entries. Is it the participant requesting the DM status or the FrontDesk/DM or only me? What does confidential means?
