The oslo_utils.fnmatch module was added to solve an issue in py2.7 but it is no longer required because py2.7 is no longer supported. The module was deprecated since oslo.utils 4.9.1[1] and the stdlib's fnmatch module should be used instead. The __future__ module [1] was used in this context to ensure compatibility between python 2 and python 3. We previously dropped the support of python 2.7 [2] and now we only support python 3 so we don't need to continue to use this module and the imports listed below. Imports commonly used and their related PEPs: - `division` is related to PEP 238 [3] - `print_function` is related to PEP 3105 [4] - `unicode_literals` is related to PEP 3112 [5] - `with_statement` is related to PEP 343 [6] - `absolute_import` is related to PEP 328 [7] [1] https://docs.python.org/3/library/__future__.html [2] https://governance.openstack.org/tc/goals/selected/ussuri/drop-py27.html [3] https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0238 [4] https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-3105 [5] https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-3112 [6] https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0343 [7] https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0328 Change-Id: Ifbca4f0b72663e026a92061c213e728cf755772c

Switch to openstackdocstheme 2.2.1 and reno 3.1.0 versions. Using these versions will allow especially: * Linking from HTML to PDF document * Allow parallel building of documents * Fix some rendering problems Update Sphinx version as well. Remove docs requirements from lower-constraints, they are not needed during install or test but only for docs building. openstackdocstheme renames some variables, so follow the renames before the next release removes them. A couple of variables are also not needed anymore, remove them. Set openstackdocs_auto_name to use 'project' as name. Change pygments_style to 'native' since old theme version always used 'native' and the theme now respects the setting and using 'sphinx' can lead to some strange rendering. flake8 new release 3.8.0 added new checks and gate pep8 job start failing. hacking 3.0.1 fix the pinning of flake8 to avoid bringing in a new version with new checks. Though it is fixed in latest hacking but 2.0 and 3.0 has cap for flake8 as <4.0.0 which mean flake8 new version 3.9.0 can also break the pep8 job if new check are added. To avoid similar gate break in future, we need to bump the hacking min version. - http://lists.openstack.org/pipermail/openstack-discuss/2020-May/014828.html Change-Id: I719e643044fbdab4d24edf6457c9096ee5f8fd77
