in Xena cycle.

and nodejs14 jobs running fine. So let's drop horizon-nodejs10-jobs
template because nodejs10 is already EOL.

Add file to the reno documentation build to show release notes for
stable/wallaby.

Use pbr instruction to increment the minor version number
automatically so that master versions are higher than the versions on
stable/wallaby.

This patch update browser from Chrome to Firefox
in karma.conf.js because nodejs fails with Chrome
browser as not able to access some URL.
So let's switch to Firefox browser now then we can
use Chrome browser in future once this issue is resolved.
