OpenStack is dropping the py2.7 support in ussuri cycle.

puppet-* repos have to cleanup the requirement and tox
for py2.7 drop.

Ceph jewel creates the client.bootstrap-osd auth entry when the cluster
is created. puppet-ceph has been overwriting this keyring in memory and
on the filesystem. This patch updates ceph::osd to exract the
client keyring from memory and write it to the filesystem. This will
means ceph::key will not need to create the client.bootstrap-osd keyring.

support for file-based OSDs has been removed so i think it's more
appropiate bump major release.

This patch introduces the changes required by osd configuration tasks to
support Nautilus release:

- ceph-disk has been removed and replaced by ceph-volume
- OSDs can not be based on directories anymore, only disks or vg/lv
paths.
- udev configuration is not needed since some releases back.

To pass CI, this job requires to merge [1] and viceversa. To solve
chicken-and-egg, I'm setting p-o-i jobs as non-voting in this patch.
I'll make them voting again after merging both [1] and this one.

This parameter is needed for the swift API if there is a load balancer
in front of the rados gateway servers. If not provided and the swift
access url is different than http://$::fqdn:port, the swift API is not
working (users get a connection error).

Moreover, use the rgw_dns_name option both for civetweb and apache.
This is a valid option for both frontend types, and becomes necessary
if it has been changed at least once in the past.

Add file to the reno documentation build to show release notes for
stable/mimic.

Use pbr instruction to increment the minor version number
automatically so that master versions are higher than the versions on
stable/mimic.

We should release puppet-ceph 2.5.3 and create
the stable/mimic branch from that tagged release.

We will then open master for Ceph Nautilus work
and do the first nautilus release on for example
2.6.0 to leave room for stable/mimic bug fix releases.
