We support two types of auth:

 - normal (authenticated when the object is created)
 - delayed (we don't know the username until the authenticate method is called)

This change prevents problems in the second case.

New configuration token `split-large-files` to specify a file size
in MB to split large files.

Given FILE, parts are stored in FILE.part and FILE will be the

the server won't ask for a new one until the cache expires.
