This reverts commit a6cd6035.

    - Fix Git merge conflict markers (Closes: #1004397).

 - Add setuptools compat using PBR
 - rename the src folder as a meaningful ilorest package name
 - Add an entrypoint in ilorest/rdmc.py
 - fix all import for the new module name (src -> ilorest)
 - fully display the exception when import fails
