Hi!

Here's a patch that adds a man page for nextcloud. This closes bug #921344.

I don't have tons of experience doing this kind of stuff, but I was able to build the package successfully and install it. The man page does get installed.

I mainly copied stuff from the owncloud-client source package.

Happy to make modifications if needed!
