add autopkgtest

Johannes Schauer Marin Rodrigues requested to merge josch/equivs:autopkgtest into master

To prevent bugs like https://bugs.debian.org/958414 from happening in the future, this merge request adds an autopkgtest. As part of the test, all example control files in the examples directory are built with equivs-build. As can seen in the test pipeline, the equivs autopkgtest currently fails with the error as reported in #958414.
