This has little effect in normal usage, but debhelper is the
only thing really needed for the 'clean' target.

The real output has diverged too much from the expected one.

to avoid removal of the t/patchedit/*.orig files.

The .orig files are still needed for t/patchedit/01_patchedit.t
which wasn't run since 2013, apparently.

Needed for t/patchedit/01_patchedit.t which now is run in autopkgtest due to
the change in autopkgtest/scripts/build-deps.d/smoke.

and seems to work for at least libimager-perl and libdancer2-perl.
