Import Debian changes 0.13.5-1.1

Otto Kekäläinen requested to merge otto/mat2:gregor-fix into master

Imported with command gbp import-dsc --verbose apt:$(basename $PWD)/sid on a system that has Debian unstable source repositories enabled and a gbp clone checkout in directory mat2.

Both autopkgtest and piuparts fail with:

  The following packages have unmet dependencies:
   mat2 : Depends: python2:any but it is not installable

This is due to https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1103044

Package was however already uploaded, so this MR should be merged as-is so that VCS matches Debian archive.
