  • Convert to PostgreSQL extension packaging standards:
    • Build for all supported PostgreSQL versions using pg_buildext.
    • Rename binary package to postgresql-PGVERSION-pg-gvm.
    • Conflicts/Replaces: pg-gvm.
  • debian/tests: Run regression tests using pgtap.
