Patch the upstream Makefile to honour ASTMODDIR

Currently, the Makefile assumes availability of /etc/asterisk/asterisk.conf to derive the location where the app_espeak module is to be installed. This file will not be present in chroot where the Debian package is getting built. In debian/rules, we try to set ASTMODDIR to indicate the desired location. This commit patches the Makefile to consider that value.
