Random fixes

This is a rebased version of !5 (closed). There's now nothing quite as urgent here.

• wcte1xxp: Fix logging of linemode J1
• drivers: Fix array address test warnings. This replaces the current "error_address.patch". I don't know which one really matches the intent better.
• Stop building dahdi_dummy module which does nothing
• wcte13xp, wcte43x: Fix cleanup bugs

I'm happy to drop patches you don't want now, or to submit them upstream if you would prefer them to be upstream first.
