Fix build with jami_20191214.1.07edb5e

Also, cmake does not generate 'distclean' Makefile rules, so change them to 'clean'. This avoids builds failing with a non-clean source tree.

@aviau With debian/opendht!6 (merged) merged, this builds successfully for me with git-pbuilder. Please review and merge this as well.

Once that's done, let's try bumping Jami to the latest release from https://dl.jami.net/release/tarballs/, which is jami_20201010.1.6e109b7.tar.gz as of now.

Lets wait for Jami to migrate to testing and then we can update to the latest version in a new upload.
