Inventory of required equipment
What do we need to make the event successful, and is it already available or do we need to find/bring it for the event?
e.g.

Tables/surfaces where attendees can read and sign the waiver form. -
Pens/pencils. -
Printouts of the liability waiver, in each translated language (can be done on demand at Infini offices). -
Tables/stations where computers will be reinstalled. -
With power sockets nearby and/or multi-socket extension cables. -
Publicly-accessible wi-fi. -
Ethernet sockets and cables.
