Proposed NMU 1.4.2-1.1 to eliminate epydoc dependency
This is my proposed NMU for bug #933614. It changes the build process so that epydoc-based API documentation is no longer generated.
As I mentioned in the bug report, this is going to have to be done eventually, because epydoc doesn't work with python3 and will have to be removed as a part of the python2 transition anyway. I would prefer to just make the change now and get epydoc out of the archive as soon as possible.
