I have turned the bug into a merge request.

As a part of testing, I also added Rules-Requires-Root: no in a separate commit as I have a habit of testing whether packages requires root during build. I have included it because I thought you might want this extra bit for free - if not; let me know and I will remove that commit from the MR.
